With the aim of providing customers with more valuable service, Ink All-You-Can recently conducted a smart and comprehensive training for all Branch Development Executives (BDEs). The training is outlined based on a No.1 National Bestseller leadership handbook by Stephen R. Covey entitle “7 Habits of Highly Effectively People”.
Seven Habits is a highly acclaimed business and self-help book that has sold more than 25 million copies in 38 languages worldwide. It provides tools for change and growth for individuals and organizations throughout the world. In August 2011, Time listed Seven Habits as one of "The 25 Most Influential Business Management Books”.
The 2-day training was attended by BDEs and key corporate staff who were pleased to go through this mindset-changing lecture and activities not usually offered for most SME employees.
BDEs were grouped and asked for case study presentations where they would be presenting their observations, insights, personal experiences and suggested solutions to certain topics. Individual activities were also carried out to examine personal status quo and how the Seven Habits can change them towards a more fulfilling life and career.
At the end of each habit, participants were asked to put questions or items that they have understood very well or not, in a freedom wall labeled “Wow” and “How About”. These items were addressed carefully to ensure that BDEs have been motivated by the training with the knowledge and concepts that they can adopt as they serve Ink All-You-Can customers and become better with their individual lives.
